Our Process
We believe every gamertag tells a story and every guest deserves to feel seen. Here’s exactly how the Gamertagged experience works, from start to spotlight.

1. Submit your Interest
You’ll start by filling out a short guest form, just a few questions about your gamertag, your story, and what you’d love to share.
Once we get it, we’ll follow up personally to schedule your recording. We also send over a few quick forms to collect your social links, pronouns, and preferences; all designed to respect your voice and style.

2. Pre-Interview Prep
You’ll get a 30 min greenroom discussion before recording and guide walking you through what to expect.
We record audio-only using Discord, and we keep the setup light and accessible. You can show up exactly as you are. We’re here to make the conversation comfortable, easy, and authentic.

3. Record the Episode
This is the fun part. We record a casual, guest-driven interview where you tell the story behind your gamertag: how it started, how it’s changed, and who you are online.
The conversation becomes the inspiration for the card we’ll create in the next step.

4. Play ReRoll
At the end of every episode, we play a segment called ReRoll — where we generate a visual version of your online persona.
We use ChatGPT live with you to create your digital card.
You get up to two rerolls. Not feeling the outfit? Want a new background? Try again.
The final image becomes your Gamertagged card — a one-of-a-kind representation of your identity

5. Final Feedback & Touches
After your session, we send you a private preview link to review your episode and official Gamertagged Card.
You’ll have 24 hours to request any changes before we move into final publishing.
We also include a quick, optional feedback form so you can tell us how it felt and help us keep improving.

6. Launch Day
Gamertagged episodes drop every two weeks. Once you're locked in, we schedule you into our upcoming lineup.
On launch day, we publish your episode, feature your card in the gallery, and give you a full social shoutout.
You’ll always have a link to your story in audio and card form.
