What We're About
WHAT IF YOUR USERNAME TOLD THE STORY
Gamertagged is a podcast, and a mission, dedicated to exploring the digital identities we choose for ourselves. We tell the stories behind the names we carry online. Whether it’s a gamertag, handle, or username that identity means something.
Our goal? Preserve internet history one gamertag at a time.
Our Mission
In real life, someone else gives you a name...
Online, you get to choose. That choice - gamertag, username, handle - can be powerful. It can be funny, personal, protective, or profound. We believe those names matter. And we’re here to tell the stories behind them.
The Format: Story, Persona, Re-Roll
EVERY EPISODE FOLLOWS A 3-PART JOURNEY INTO IDENTITY, CREATIVITY, AND COMMUNITY:
-
THE ORIGIN – Where the tag came from
-
THE EVOLUTION – How the persona grew through games and community
-
THE REROLL – A co-created trading card capturing the guest’s digital self

What is Re-Roll?
A MIRROR HELD UP TO THE PERSONA, DRAWN FROM THE STORY YOU SHARED.
We close every episode by designing a trading card that reflects the guest’s persona built from vibe, tone, and story. It’s not a gimmick. It’s a tribute. Each card becomes part of an evolving archive of identity.
Guests get two rerolls—because identity is never static.
About Gamertagged Studios
WE ARE A SMALL, SCRAPPY, FAMILY AND FRIENDS TEAM
Gamertagged Studios is an independent creative team dedicated to celebrating online identity through stories, sound, and style. We’re the crew behind the Gamertagged Podcast, a show about the meaning behind gamertags, usernames, and the digital personas we create.
Together, we turn casual conversations into collectible moments one custom card, one guest story, and one fun filled segment at a time.
